Brickfront Studio is run by one person — me, Brent Thompson, in Ontario, Canada. This page says exactly what I collect, why, and what I will never do with it. Last updated June 2026.
Forms & email
When you submit a form on this site — a project enquiry or a discovery-call request — what you type is emailed to me so I can reply. That's the whole pipeline. Your details aren't added to a marketing list, shared with anyone, or sold. The occasional-email list is opt-in only: you email me to be added, and one reply removes you.
The missed-calls calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter aren't sent anywhere unless you ask for an emailed report.
Calls & recordings
Concierge calls are recorded and transcribed, and the voice says so at the start of every call.
The live demo on this site and the Concierge voice lines are powered by a conversational voice provider (ElevenLabs). Conversations are processed to generate the responses, recorded, and transcribed. Disclosure happens up front, on the call itself — consent-first recording is part of the product, not a footnote.
For funeral homes running Concierge, recordings and transcripts are delivered to the funeral home being served and belong to that home. I retain access for quality and voice-training purposes, under the agreement with each home. Demo calls are reviewed only to improve how the voice handles conversations.
What I don't do
No selling or renting data. No ad networks. No third-party tracking pixels. No data brokers. The site doesn't follow you around the internet, and neither do I.
Your rights
In line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. One email does it: [email protected]. I respond within one business day.
